Hotel and logistics, AV and print, off site dinners and last but not least; a gala dinner for 200 guests in the stunning entrance hall of the Stedelijk Museum.
Influencer/PR trip for Nissan
The Case: Show the sustainable side of Amsterdam and think of cool locations for en-route stops for bites, drinks, workshops &… content creation.
European & Dutch influencers, key opinion leaders and press were invited for the ‘Electrify the World tour’ of the new Nissan Leaf. From the most sustainable hotel of Amsterdam, lunch in a circulair restaurant, to fermenting and electric mobility workshops. The Nissan Leaf set up in the Ajax Stadium and in a tulip field. Amsterdam Redefined took care of the logistics and planning.
Moxy Hotel - Opening night
The Case: Let Moxy Amsterdam land with a splash!
As the producer of the opening of the Moxy Hotel Amsterdam Redefined was responsible for the production and execution of the event.
Incentive trip for Tech start-up
The Case: Create the ultimate incentive trip around a yearly meeting of a tech start-up from the USA.
From lunches and dinners at the must-go restaurants in town, to a sophisticated version of the Red Ligt district tour and a private talk with a coffee shop owner about the ins and outs of this business. After meeting: Time for some fresh air in the dunes during a lasergame competition.
Client event for international hotel brand
The case: This annual client event celebrated its 10 years anniversary and we were asked to think along in the concepting phase as well as produce the event.

From exclusively renting the newly opened skate arena in Amsterdam north, to a special interest shopping tour with a pro, to designing your own skateboard from waste. How we loved creating this special interest itinerary!

The Case: Production and execution of the Renaissance Navigator’s Table in Amsterdam.
A serie of exclusive events that tap into a ‘local state of mind’, through notable chefs and culinary influencers. Spontaneous and designed to excite all the senses, the global dinner series is inspired by art and architecture as well as the sights and sounds of each destination.

The Case: Logistics and planning of an international meeting delegation.
Guests flying in by private jet, all individual transfers and 4 days meetings at the Waldorf Astoria including exclusive dinners. The devil is in the details!
Congress in festival style
The Case: Together with our colleagues from Holy Cow agency we co-produced this congress in festival style for one of the biggest universities in Holland.
The ingredients: A big old factory hall, lots of smaller tents to create an intimate feeling, foodtrucks, acoustic music, a festival newspaper and festival lighting.
